Return Policy

Returned purchases are available for STORE CREDIT ONLY within 14 days of an in-store purchase or 14 days of the receipt of an online purchase. We do not issue cash refunds.

Item(s) must be in perfect condition with original tags attached, unused & unworn; free of any makeup, deodorant, or stains of any kind; free of perfume or other smells.

Items not available for return include accessories, bodysuits & leggings (due to hygiene reasons), candles, or any undergarments including shapewear and bras. Clearance items are FINAL SALE. This includes when promotions run (I.E Black Friday, Sunday Sales, Merry Margaux Week).

Exchanges will be offered in-store only; exceptions will be considered only if customer agrees to pay all shipping costs.

Margaux is not responsible for lost or stolen items once shipped.

 

Damaged Items

Damaged items must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order.

To report damaged items, email us at margauxspecialtyshop@gmail.com Email must include photos of damages being reported.

*Variations in color due to monitors, lighting, etc. do not qualify as damaged.


Process for Returns

Send email to margauxspecialtyshop@gmail.com (including order number) to inform us of a return. Email must be sent within 14 days of receiving your order.

Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. A trackable shipping service or shipping insurance is advised (acceptable options: USPS, UPS, or FedEx).
